Risk Management

Risk Governance
Risk governance is a continual process. Our consultants possess proven systematic mechanisms for evaluating and improving risk governance proficiency. Internal Controls
Our practitioners have developed and managed internal control programs for a number of federal agencies, and will bring leading practices, established methodologies, and expert level knowledge of related guidance, such as the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular A-123.
