SOCIAL IMPACT

"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world."
-  Margaret Mead
We are deeply committed to not only complying with HUB Zone hiring requirements but also fulfilling the vision of the HUB Zone program.  Every client engagement contributes to our HUB Zone community by providing education, career development and employment opportunities. We have developed programs to further our social impact beyond our HUB Zone community.  Our efforts range from helping public schools increase STEM education to providing long-term career opportunities for veterans.

Advisory Services for Community Organizations

Picture
Cambio  provides a platform for consultants to work with organizations in the education and health care space. Our staff serves our community by providing strategic advisory services that address high-priority challenges for non-profit organizations.  While large consultancies provide an annual day of service, we provide long-term support that provides our team members with deep, hands-on experience working on a wide variety of issues during their career with Cambio. Consultants return to Cambio with new perspectives and a renewed passion to continue to make a difference, and an even more developed sense of how they want to continue to intertwine social or public sector work into their long term career.

Veterans that are selected to the Program perform a valuable service to federal and state agencies while jump starting their careers.  Fellows receive a competitive salary, formal professional training, challenging assignments, mentoring by senior executives and an opportunity to apply their training in a diverse set of operating environments.
