Carlos Vazquez is the Managing Director of Cambio Consulting Group, a Minority-owned Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) that is an SBA certified HUB Zone company focused on providing actionable results to government clients. Carlos has over 15 years of experience leading strategic advisory projects for Federal clients including; the Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, Department of State, Food and Drug Administration, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Defense Logistics Agency, Department of Justice and the Department of Health and Human Services. 

Prior to Cambio, Carlos held leadership positions in the private sector at Deloitte Consulting and BearingPoint and in the public sector as part of the management team of a federal agency. He began his career as a consultant at Accenture helping Fortune 500 companies integrate new technologies and refine business strategies. He also worked for Accenture's Office of the CEO helping to develop strategic alliances and standardize Firm operations throughout the world. 

Carlos holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies (Middlebury College) and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada.
