“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world.” - Margaret Mead
Our company is dedicated to making a positive social impact by contributing to the well-being and growth of the communities we serve. Every client engagement contributes to our community by providing education, career development, and employment opportunities. We have developed programs to further our social impact, from helping public schools increase STEM education to providing long-term career opportunities for veterans.
Advisory Services for Community Organizations
Cambio provides a platform for consultants to work with organizations in the education and healthcare space. Our staff serves our community by providing strategic advisory services that address high-priority challenges for non-profit organizations. While large consultancies provide an annual day of service, we provide long-term support that gives our team members hands-on experience with a wide variety of issues. Consultants return to Cambio with fresh perspectives and a renewed passion to continue making a difference, and an even more developed sense of how to intertwine social or public sector work into their long-term career.
Creating Opportunities for Veterans
We created the Public Service Consulting Fellowship Program (PSFP) to educate, integrate, and elevate veterans to long-term public sector and consulting careers. Veterans selected for the program perform a valuable service to federal and state agencies while jump-starting their careers. Fellows receive a competitive salary, formal professional training, challenging assignments, mentoring by senior executives, and an opportunity to apply their training in operating environments.
